Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
Two or more years of experience in electric energy resource planning, energy policy, electric power industry economics, power plant and transmission line modeling, or project management
Preferred
PROMOD, PROMOD Analysis Tool (PAT), PSS/E, Transmission Adequacy Reliability Assessment (TARA), Power BI, Large Language Model (LLM), SQL, Machine Learning (ML), Database Management, Microsoft Azure
Related economic transmission planning, compliance, regulatory standards, or expansion planning experience (required) or Related Electric Reliability Organization (ERO) or Regional Reliability Organization (RRO) experience
