Responsibilities
Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of real estate projects
Conduct real estate market analysis to support decision-making
Support the review, organization, and tracking of lease documents
Assist with financial analysis and reporting on real estate assets and associated expenses
Maintain accurate records and reports related to real estate operations
Contribute to special projects and operational initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and data
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
