Responsibilities
Designs solutions and configures/develops applications to support day-to-day operations and business needs
Engages with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Troubleshoots and resolves system issues within the business community
Writes and approves validation deliverable documentation validation strategy documentation, testing plans and design documentation within software
Defines, documents and manages project scopes, goals, priorities, deliverables and timelines that support business goals in collaboration with Senior Management and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Five (5) years of work experience in designated software and/or module
Three (3) years of related Information Technology experience with analysis, validation, and documentation
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related Business discipline
Software Systems Certification: certification for relevant software
One (1) year of experience in FDA regulated industry
One (1) year of project management experience
