Inside Sales Coordinator (UT)

Responsibilities
Familiarize yourself with Wavetronix’ systems, products, and technology
Acquaint yourself with the traffic industry and Wavetronix’ customers
Enthusiastically participate in personal development
Be introduced into multiple teams
Be able to do basic job functions within CRM and GP systems
Introduction to bid lettings and prospecting
Participate in multiple teams, including direct sales territory and other internal teams
Perform new business prospecting within assigned territories independently
Oversee the bid management process for all bids submitted by the territory sales team. This includes understanding the project timeline and needs, prospecting opportunities with creation and hand-off of the leads, reviewing specifications, assisting sales managers in developing quotes, following up on and revising quotes, and ensuring that all bids and other documents are submitted accurately and on time
Facilitate weekly meetings of the territory sales team
Maintain CRM and project files
Develop strong relationships with team members and customer base
Qualification
Required
Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
Ability to follow existing processes and think outside of the box
Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing situations
Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture
Ability to react with insightful and thoughtful solutions in a highly active sales environment
Possibly travel several times per year
Familiarity with Wavetronix' systems, products, and technology
Basic job functions within CRM and GP systems
Understanding of the project timeline and needs
Ability to prospect opportunities and create leads
Reviewing specifications and assisting sales managers in developing quotes
Following up on and revising quotes
Ensuring that all bids and other documents are submitted accurately and on time

Preferred
Traffic industry experience
2+ years of CRM experience
Ability to stay focused and engaged in routine tasks
