Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Design, Construction Management - OR - a related field and/or equivalent work experience of at least 5 years
Strong familiarity & experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, vendors and stakeholders
Technology oriented, especially proficient in project management software & tools, plus a STRONG familiarity in Microsoft products
Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Solution-oriented mindset with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
Leadership skills or potential plus the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
Preferred
Industry experience in signs, design, branding, construction or similar equivalent is not required but really, really helpful
