Start in 2026 SummerLoop Capital is a full-service investment bank, brokerage and advisory firm that provides creative capital solutions for corporate, governmental and institutional entities across the globe. They are seeking a summer intern for their Information Technology Division to assist with IT help desk support, hardware and software installation, and customer service for technical issues. The intern will also be involved in supporting mobile devices and PC applications, along with various other IT tasks.

Responsibilities
Hardware and software support
Call center support; ability to handle 5-10 phone calls per day and assist with problem gathering, troubleshooting and resolution
Smart Phones and Mobile Devices (iPhone, Androids, Windows)
Video Editing and Publishing
Desk support
Mobile and PC/applications development and deployment
Some lifting of boxes, computer equipment and other systems will be required
Basic Knowledge in Networking (LAN & WAN)
Basic Knowledge in Information Security Essentials
Qualification
Required
Enrollment as a rising college Junior or Senior in Summer of 2026 with a record of high academic achievement
Some courses or formal experience in computer network, programs or systems
Strong academic credentials with above average performance in mathematics
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Ability to follow direction and effectively report findings and results; attention to detail in documentation
Preferred
Experience with Windows 7, Windows 2008 Server, Office 2010, Exchange 2007/2010, Office 365, and other Cloud Applications
Programming, automation, database knowledge, and knowledge of hardware components of PC and printers
Basic knowledge of landlines, smartphones, video and fax operations
CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security + Certification or Courses
