Pre-closing file review for quality check and determination that all pre-closing requirements and conditions have been met, including detailed collateral where applicable
Coordinating closings with borrowers for electronic closings (DocuSign) or with originating Relationship Managers for in-person closings. Drafting of loan documents following established processes, procedures, and regulations
Obtaining loan documents from Loan Operations Department, where needed. Coordinating bookings and fundings with Loan Operations Department
Post-closing file review for quality check to ensure loan documents executed correctly and any post-closing requirements and conditions have been met
Maintenance of deals within WTFC underwriting system
Other duties as directed

Required
Problem Solving: Resolves non-routine problems
Experience: 3-5 years
Related Experience: Processing and/or closing Commercial loans, Small Business Loans, Small Business Administration Loans; DocuSign; LaserPro; Microsoft Office
Preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred
