They are seeking an Affiliate Manager who will recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates at scale, particularly in the Home Services sector and other expanding verticals.

Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new affiliates into LeadBank
Manage relationships with affiliates, ensuring high performance and compliance
Leverage your existing pool of affiliates to quickly scale call volume
Negotiate payout structures and optimize campaigns for ROI
Support affiliates with onboarding, reporting, and growth strategies
Drive expansion into multiple industries: Home Services, Insurance, Finance, Real Estate, Travel, Rehab
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in Pay-Per-Call / Performance Marketing
Existing relationships with affiliates, publishers, or networks (preferably in Home Services, plus other verticals)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze and optimize performance
Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced virtual environment
