Construction contract documents for a variety of land development projects
Strong communication with staff, clients and governmental agencies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed PE in Georgia or could be obtained within 12 months
Minimum of 4 years of Land Development experience
Ability to work independently and make significant, effective decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
AutoCAD Civil3D, SWIMM, ICPR experience
