Responsibilities

Communicates and coordinates with team all deliverables as well as scope, schedule, and budget

Direct coordination with clients and other external partners

May lead or assist in pursuit/proposal management and contract negotiations

Assist in direction of project planning, budgeting, and establishing critical project objectives

Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, and/or construction management or equivalent years of relevant experience

Minimum 7 years related experience, 10 years experience preferred, including resident engineering and/or field experience on airport facility projects

Minimum 5 or more years managing complex airport and airline projects, with a focus on aircraft hangars, MRO, FBO, GSE, and flight kitchen facilities

Must have ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government and public contacts on project-related matters

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Strong leadership, problem solving and project finance skills

Solid understanding of FAA criteria is required
