Responsibilities

Perform on-site inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of HP MJF 3D printers and post process equipment

Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration using tools such as ohmmeters and calipers

Accurately document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and recommendations

Communicate effectively with HP regarding technical issues and solutions

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction

Assist with maintaining the overall production environment, such as cleaning or repairing the 3D printers
