Responsibilities
Assist brokers in managing client accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and new business
Prepare and review insurance submissions for accuracy and completeness
Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Collaborate with brokers to identify appropriate markets and negotiate terms with carriers
Analyze coverage options and pricing to recommend the best solutions for clients
Monitor market trends and carrier appetites to identify opportunities for growth
Ensure all documentation, including proposals, binders, and policies, is accurate and compliant with company and regulatory standards
Maintain up-to-date records in the agency management system
Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service to address their insurance needs
Assist in resolving coverage or claims issues in collaboration with brokers and carriers
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes
Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of specialty insurance products and markets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required
License required
