Responsibilities

Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers
Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator
Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities

Required

3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required
1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proven relationship building and client service skills
Ambitious, positive attitude, and self-motivated

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred
