They are seeking an entry-level HVAC/R Technician to assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems while learning under the guidance of senior technicians.

Responsibilities
Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, thermostats, filters, wiring, and piping
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, such as cleaning filters, checking fluid levels, and inspecting components
Support in diagnosing issues and troubleshooting common HVAC problems
Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and time spent on each job
Replace or repair worn-out components like motors, filters, belts, and compressors
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in the company vehicle
Learn and follow all safety guidelines and regulations
Attend training sessions and complete certifications as required to advance skills
Other duties assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of HVAC/R
Familiarity with basic HVAC diagnostic equipment and basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Knowledge of HVAC systems
Universal EPA
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Handle Stress and pressure responding to emergency & urgent situations
Good verbal communication skills
Available to travel 50%
Must have a clean driving record
Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
Frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day
Reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp, grip, and work in cooler/Freezer (cold temperatures)
Preferred
Completion of a formal HVAC/R training program
3 + years of HVAC/R
State Journeyman preferred
