Responsibilities
Design electronics for testers/fixtures automation in collaboration with test engineers, including digital logics, power conversion, signal conditioning, and microcontroller
Create, read, interpret, and diagnose schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuits
Support bring-up, validation, and development of new design
Investigate novel solutions to simplify testing automation
Provide remote and occasional on-site support for product deployment and updates
Manage multiple projects in parallel
Qualification
Required
Interested in and/or experience as a hands-on embedded engineer with interests in electronics and or silicon testing
Experience working with and debugging common protocols (JTAG, SWD, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, I2C, Ethernet, etc.)
Experience with digital and analog circuits design
Knowledge of Linux & shell scripting/automation
Ability to learn engineering concepts and innovate based on engineering first principle
Preferred
Python coding experience with an emphasis on code that is organized, structured, and reusable
Silicon manufacturing experience
Experience with RTOS programming using ARM cortex microcontroller (C/C++)
Exposure to data analytics and databases querying on the following: MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite
