New Grad, Entry LevelTownley Engineering & Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Valve Assembly Tech responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining molding machines used in the production of valves. This role requires technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure the efficient manufacturing of high-quality valves.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
Assemble valves and related components
Cut shafts
Paint
Set stroke
Rebuild cylinders
Configure and set up
Machines according to specifications
Operate equipment to produce valves within defined tolerances and quality standards
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process
Strong attention to detail and very safety oriented
Qualification
Required
Safe operation of all tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to work in a team-oriented work environment
Ability to work scheduled hours and comply with the company policies
Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Physical capability to properly handle tooling and safely set up large pieces; including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products
Must be able to stand, sit and bend for long periods of time
Candidates must be able to pass a post-offer / pre-employment drug screen and job-related employment physicals
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Materials handling experience preferred
Belleview, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
