Responsibilities
Work with some of the most innovative supply chain organizations in the world
Work across the entire transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution, etc.) of the most complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures
Help clients solve complex supply chain problems
Develop innovative solutions that transform the supply chain
Improve performance and resiliency across the plan, source, make, deliver/return functions of the supply chain
Contribute to practice development initiatives
Support the continued focus on our team as a great place to work
Learn and develop technical and personal skills to support achievement of career goals
Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and support key decision makers
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience
Significant management consulting experience
Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning / inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives
Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights
Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
Experience leading and managing in complex business environments
The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally
You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs
Preferred
MBA is preferred
Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot
