Director - Valuation
Andersen is a leading firm in Tax, Valuation, and Business Advisory, providing an exciting career path for professionals. The Valuation Director will manage teams, develop client service plans, and oversee multiple client engagements while mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities
Manage and supervise other team members
Develop client service plans
Identify and implement opportunities for clients
Manage and supervise other team members
Manage the execution of multiple client engagements
Communicate with clients and financial management
Conduct and/or review research on various client issues
Mentor Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers
Qualification
Required
Advanced credential required (i.e. CPA, JD, CFP or CFA)
At least 10 years relevant work experience with an accounting firm, including at least 4-5 years of Valuation experience, preferably with a public accounting firm
Proven leadership and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural facilitator
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Proficient use of technology including MS Excel
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree preferred
