Explaining vehicle features and technology to customers, often using tools like iPad and mobile customizers
Working with sales teams to keep customers engaged and enthusiastic about BMW vehicles
Conducting test drives and demonstrating vehicle capabilities
Providing ongoing support to customers after they’ve purchased their vehicle including explaining the BMW app and other features
Continuously learning about new MW products and technologies through training and development programs
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work extended hours
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Be able to carry more than 5 lbs
Must be able to work under a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work independently or on a team environment
Must be 21 years old or older
Must have a Valid Texas Driver's License
Must be able to pass a drug screening test
Must be able to pass a background screening check
