Responsibilities

Assist experienced engineers in DC/RF test, measurement, and data analysis
Document existing process control modules (PCM) and their characterization focus
Improve monitoring of critical inline process monitors
Supporting Fab operations by maintaining and improving Yield web reports
Analysis and correlation of test data to fabrication process
Developing and improving semiconductor fabrication flows and processes, in some cases

Required

Currently pursuing a BS, MS, PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Strong data analysis skills (statistic based arguments)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Knowledge of Spotfire, SharePoint, CAD
