Responsibilities

Drive new business development and sales growth through a portfolio of existing and prospective corporate accounts, with a focus on large enterprise
Leverage the full suite of SHRM offerings, including membership, certification, education, events, and thought leadership, to build customized proposals that
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across product development, marketing, and leadership to influence go-to-market strategies and enhance
Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, client engagement, proposal development, contract negotiation, and pricing, ensuring fair market
Maintain and exceed annual revenue targets (quota), with quarterly performance benchmarks tied to compensation. Position SHRM as a trusted advisor and

Required

Germane degree and non-degree credentials or other verifications of skills and competencies will be considered
At least ten (10) years of professional experience in business development, client relationship management, and account growth
Experience driving sales of SHRM's products and services
Demonstrates agility and flexibility responding to issues and developing solutions
Operating within systems, salesforce, powerpoint, excel, etc. (high proficiency)
Strong sense of accountability for achieving results
Ability to negotiate large-scale deals
Ability to understand and communicate concepts quickly and effectively
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and using office equipment
