Responsibilities
Access and manage SELRES-related data within SQL Server Management Studio (2008 or later) or equivalent platforms
Develop and execute SQL queries to support data analysis, reporting, and system integration tasks
Ensure secure handling of PII and compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and standards
Collaborate with HR, IT, and program teams to support data-driven decision-making and operational readiness
Maintain documentation of data processes, queries, and access protocols in accordance with contract and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of database structures, data integrity, and security best practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a secure, mission-critical environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Intermediate-level MCSA SQL certificate (Database Development or Administration) or similar SQL training certificate
CompTIA Security+ Certification
Minimum SQL programming experience
Must have a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)
Must be a US citizen
Preferred
Experience working with military or government HR systems and data
Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks and data access protocols
