Responsibilities

Lead the development and scaling of complex, high-volume, high-availability analytical systems and applications

Own the design, architecture, and technical decisions for major components or systems

Mentor and guide junior/mid-level engineers, including code reviews and technical coaching

Partner with product, design, and other teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact solutions

Identify and implement improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability

Required

5–7 years of professional experience building and scaling high-volume, high-availability web and mobile applications

Deep expertise with C#/.NET and modern software development practices

Hands-on experience with AWS technologies (EC2, RedShift, DynamoDB, Firehose, Kinesis)

Proven ability to work through complex, ambiguous problems with minimal guidance

Track record of mentoring engineers and influencing engineering best practices

Passion for delivering high-quality, user-focused applications

Preferred

Exposure to digital advertising technologies (e.g., AdMob) a plus
