Pump.co is an AI-driven cloud cost optimization platform focused on reducing cloud spend and maximizing performance. The Channel Partnerships Manager will lead GCP strategic alliances, building engagement with Google Cloud teams and driving joint business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Own the strategic relationship with Google Cloud and serve as the primary point of contact
Develop and implement a joint go-to-market plan with GCP to accelerate pipeline growth
Build alignment with Google Cloud’s field sales and partner engineering teams
Drive partner enablement programs and ensure internal sales readiness for GCP co-sell opportunities
Manage partnership incentives, marketplace listings, and MDF (marketing development funds)
Deliver regular reporting on KPIs, revenue impact, and partnership health
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in channel or partnerships roles within cloud, SaaS, or enterprise tech
Deep understanding of Google Cloud's partner ecosystem and GTM models
Track record of building successful joint revenue-generating initiatives with GCP or other hyperscalers
Strong ability to influence and work across executive stakeholders, partner sales, and technical teams
Excellent business development, communication, and negotiation skills
Preferred
Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Cloud Digital Leader, Professional Cloud Architect)
Experience growing partnerships at venture-backed startups or mid-sized tech companies
