Responsibilities

AI Application Development: Build and integrate AI models, services, and pipelines into production systems, ensuring reliability and performance
Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Prompt & LLM Engineering: Apply prompt engineering best practices and build applications on top of LLMs, agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Backend Development: Contribute to backend systems and services that power AI-driven features
Operational Excellence: Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and follow best practices for testing, monitoring, and deployment
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and bring ideas back to the team

Qualification

PythonAI/ML technologiesPrompt engineeringBackend systemsLLM platformsCollaborationContinuous learning

Required

2+ years of experience with Python
Experience building and operating complex backend systems, services, or data pipelines
Hands-on experience with using (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor)
Experience with modern LLM platforms and libraries such as OpenAI/Anthropic API, Langchain, etc
Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles and practical experience building on top of LLMs and RAG

Preferred

Experience with technologies in our stack (e.g., Airflow, Elasticsearch, REST APIs)
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure best practices
Experience with or interest in AI evangelism—sharing knowledge through documentation, workshops, or technical sessions
