Responsibilities

Guidance of doctoral candidates conducting research to make sure that it is methodologically sound
Provide detailed feedback specific to qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
Maintain communication with candidates to ensure compliance with school doctoral program handbook(s) and university policies

Required

DBA or PhD in Business OR
PhD in Business Administration, Organization and Management, Organizational Behavior and Development, and Organizational Leadership
Degree must be from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Full doctrinal compatibility with Liberty University
Must demonstrate expertise in qualitative and quantitative research
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, presentation, and communication skills
Creative, innovative, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Canvas
Proven organizational skills and ability to complete assignments timely and accurately with minimal supervision
Demonstrated strengths in teaching & mentoring at the college level

Preferred

Established record of research evidenced by intellectual and professional contributions to the field through peer-reviewed publication and conference presentations
Capstone, dissertation, or thesis mentorship experience
Experience teaching research methods using online learning platforms (e.g., Canvas)
