Management Trainee Internship
Enterprise is looking for Management Trainee Interns to help build valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will learn to run a successful business, manage a fleet of vehicles, and develop marketing strategies while working in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities
Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be graduating December 2026, Spring 2027 or Summer 2027
Must have at least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management in the last 6 years
Leadership experience could include experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics or military service
Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security
