New Grad, Entry LevelDiehl Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and personable Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join their dealership team. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to purchase vehicles from existing customers and involves generating purchase offers and facilitating appraisals.

Responsibilities
Proactively engage dealership customers to gauge interest in selling or trading their current vehicle
Use acquisition software to generate competitive, market-based purchase offers
Clearly communicate offer details and answer customer questions with professionalism and confidence
Track and report daily activity and progress using internal systems and software
Follow established processes and adapt to new procedures as needed
Work collaboratively with sales, service, and management teams to support dealership goals
Qualification
Required
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; confident and courteous with customers
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficiency with computers, handheld devices, and web-based applications
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to follow structured processes
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
