Responsibilities

Ensure timely and continuous quality service to the customer, by phone or site visits when necessary

Work with manager on customer communication

Prepare detailed service reports

Maintain tools and test equipment used for commissioning/service

Coordinate contact with all levels of supervision

Troubleshoot control systems

Read and understand electrical schematics and use of troubleshooting tools and meters

Read and understand plumbing schematics

Coordinate, perform and report results from testing. This includes logging results as required by written or verbal instructions

Adhere to contractual service agreements per sales and customer service directives

Perform quality tests as instructed by work instructions, engineering, or supervisor to ensure product quality

Weld using MIG and/or TIG in field conditions

Install equipment including bulk tanks, pipe, vaporizers, skids, dosers, etc

Utilize ISO 9000 knowledge and application standards

Observe and practice safety procedures and policies
