Responsibilities
Lead discovery and research for client engagements
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and team working sessions
Analyze user data, including Google Analytics and behavior flows
Conduct heuristic reviews and competitive/comparative analysis
Surface audience insights and identify opportunities for engagement
Develop strategic deliverables such as sitemaps, wireframes, and high-level content frameworks
Contribute to pre-sales strategy, helping contextualize digital needs during business development
Stay current with web trends, UX best practices, and digital transformation strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a strategy, UX, or digital consulting role (agency experience preferred)
Strong client-facing communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, and analytics
Familiarity with web technologies, open-source CMS platforms, and e-CRM systems
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, are able to turn research into clear direction for clients and your team at WDG
