Mid LevelReturnPro is seeking a dynamic and organized Show Producer to oversee the production of live-streamed shows. The role involves managing all aspects of interactive shows, coordinating with hosts and technical teams, and ensuring a high-quality experience for viewers.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with hosts, sellers, and the creative team to plan upcoming live auctions, product showcases, and other live-stream events
Help sellers curate their product offerings and create compelling narratives for their items to engage audiences effectively
Coordinate and finalize show schedules, formats, and special promotions or events
Organize technical rehearsals to ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot any potential issues ahead of time
Oversee and manage the live broadcast of shows, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish
Coordinate with hosts, sellers, and technical teams (camera operators, lighting, and audio) to ensure the show looks and sounds great
Ensure all items are displayed clearly and all auction details (e.g., starting bids, countdown timers) are managed efficiently in real-time
Provide real-time support to hosts and sellers, helping with technical issues, audience interaction, and pacing to keep the show engaging
Monitor and engage with viewers through chat and social media, responding to questions and fostering community interaction
Review show footage and work with post-production teams to ensure all content is optimized for future use, including highlights and recaps
Track sales performance, audience feedback, and engagement metrics to assess the success of each show
Collaborate with the team to create promotional content for upcoming live shows
Work with sellers and hosts to ensure they are prepared, understand the platform’s tools, and know how to interact with the audience
Provide guidance and coaching to hosts and sellers on how to effectively present products and engage viewers
Develop creative ways to engage viewers during live shows, including interactive polls, giveaways, and live chat participation
Monitor chat interactions and ensure a positive, inclusive environment for viewers, while moderating any inappropriate content
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the collectibles space, incorporating relevant themes into upcoming live shows
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a producer or in a similar role within live-streaming, television, or digital media production
Strong understanding of online selling platforms, including live auctions, interactive features, and community dynamics
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, live environment with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with hosts, sellers, technical teams, and the community
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently during live shows
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for producing engaging content
Experience in live-streaming production, e-commerce, or related media roles is a plus
Preferred
Previous experience working with live-streaming platforms like Whatnot, Twitch, or YouTube Live
Familiarity with auction-style selling and e-commerce platforms
Experience managing live show scripts, timing, and interactive elements
