They are seeking a Residential Specialist to assist in the efficient operation of the Capitol Place residential complex, focusing on management, maintenance, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of residents and guests.

Responsibilities

Provides luxury, first class, personal customer service to all Capitol Place owners and residents:

Bell services

Room service deliveries

Concierge “like” services

Maintain order, enforce all Capitol Place rules, regulations, and policies, and insure the observance of applicable laws. Reports all discrepancies and infractions to the General Manager

Patrol all lobbies, corridors, public restrooms, and other areas to detect violations

Investigate disturbances, complaints, and accidents

Confer with management

Interview guests and employees

Warn or trespass violators

Caution careless persons

Render and obtain assistance for accident victims, and document information via incident reports

As a first responder to emergency situations, the Residential Specialist must be able to rapidly ascend multiple flights of stairs and assist emergency and law enforcement personnel as need
