Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional support experience via email, web and/or phone for our customers using Aras products and achieve core KPIs
Participate in debugging and testing the product
Develop sample customisations of the product for customers
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing technical resolutions for customer issues
Document customer interactions and feedback by creating knowledge base articles and providing recommendations for improving the online documentation
You will be an expert in the Aras Innovator product
Participate in on-call rotation shift
Qualification
Required
Experience with C# and JavaScript
Experience with OOP concepts
Experience with a customer-facing role or consulting role
Preferred
Experience with Web Application development
Experience with SQL database
