Responsibilities
Qualify leads, build relationships with prospective customers, network with partners, and generate new opportunities for BILL Direct Sales channel
Engage with both outbound and marketing-sourced leads to schedule high-quality demos and discovery calls for our Account Executives
Perform creative prospecting using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach
Make 80+ outbound calls each day and manage multiple prospects across different stages of the sales cycle through calls, emails, texts, and social outreach
Learn and master BILL’s product suite and value proposition
Meet—and aim to exceed—weekly and monthly KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals influenced
Participate in a collaborative, team-first culture where daily huddles align on goals and celebrate wins
Navigate objections and turn challenges into opportunities
