Internship Program 2026

Near Earth Autonomy is looking for passionate interns to help develop autonomy systems for aerial vehicles. As an intern, you will work side by side with our engineering teams on the latest technology, preparing systems for flight, running tests, analyzing data, and designing software or electromechanical systems for autonomous vehicles.

Required

Candidates should be undergraduate juniors or seniors or graduate students in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Our philosophy is to get you real-world experience with sufficient time to take on a task and see it through to real results
We prefer extended internships of five months or longer, in which you work 20-40 hours per week
Due to the nature of our federal contracts, this position is subject to successful completion of a background check
