Responsibilities

Maintaining MS Dynamics CRM database
Completing customization for CRM database, Resco App, RPA tool and any additional Apps/tools needed for the client
Working with IT and in-house developer and third-party software team on update requests and making sure they are tested in all environments before deploying in production
Creating customized workflows to meet program needs
Processing new user role requests
Completing closed project update requests
Maintaining and creating new dashboards as needed to monitor the team pipeline and tracking the monthly/yearly goals
Working on Business Requirements Documents for new projects and coordinating it with client and IT
Tracking deadlines and forecasts of assignments with moderate scopes of work
Developing and delivering (responsibility) for daily, weekly and monthly reports
Maintaining the following:
Dashboards, queries and reporting
Workflows, security roles and business rules
New and existing user requests
Mass editing of data
Importing/Exporting data
Customizations

Qualification

Required

Eligibility to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree required in a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of two years professional experience
Excellent computer skills including but not limited to basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and/or other CRM programs
Proven ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with client, internal teammates, customers, and trade allies
Strong sensitivity to software/database user experience
Team-oriented, hands-on, adaptive, and client-focused
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and planning skills
