Responsibilities
Lead design and creative direction for all email campaigns, from concept to execution
Translate brand strategy into compelling email experiences that balance storytelling and commerce
Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to align email design with product priorities and seasonal campaigns
Ensure designs are optimized for mobile-first performance and follow email best practices (including accessibility, image optimization, and responsiveness)
Collaborate with developers and production to ensure flawless functionality across devices and platforms
Stay informed on trends in email design, personalization, segmentation, and interactivity
Present concepts and performance-driven iterations to creative leadership
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
5–7 years of experience in email design and art direction; retail and fashion experience a plus
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; strong knowledge of Figma and Adobe XD
Expertise of HTML and CSS principles as applied to email design
Proven ability to create high-performing, mobile-first, responsive designs
Ability to manage multiple projects on tight timelines while maintaining brand consistency
