Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients within the personal injury litigation sector
Develop a robust pipeline of leads through networking, industry events, and cold outreach
Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions
Understand the specific challenges and pain points of personal injury attorneys and tailor presentations accordingly
Foster long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service and ongoing support
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, market insights, and contribute to overall team success
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and legal developments within the personal injury litigation space
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of successful B2B sales experience
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the legal industry
Familiarity with personal injury litigation processes and challenges
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
Must be able to network successfully (plan, host, and generate events to help attract business)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to communicate in a high pressure environment
Frequently required to stand; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
Occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
