Responsibilities

Lead global product strategy, roadmaps, and development for storage products

Apply engineering knowledge to evaluate product performance, profitability, and competitiveness

Oversee full product lifecycle, from design and market introduction to adoption and performance improvements

Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to ensure robust product design and delivery

Guide product team and train regional leaders on product strategy and execution

Ensure products meet global standards while adapting to local market requirements

Drive new product development and improvements using industry and engineering insights

Support sales and marketing teams with technical expertise and product tools

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Process, or Agricultural Engineering

Ability to bridge technical engineering knowledge with business strategy

Experience working in a global matrix organization with cross-functional leadership
