Responsibilities
Create the strategy and definition of scalable, repeatable Product Programs
Establish global plays (deliverables, resources, tracking, program management) that enable business units to execute plays and drive product line adoption
Partner with BU leaders and EPLs to drive adoption of these programs and achieve meaningful $DBUs
Credibly partner with the PM to align roadmaps with play objectives and markets
Prioritize customer blockers to maximize field impact of product development
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in the data analytics space to understand and prioritize product capabilities
Proven trusted advisor to technical executives that drive strategic data decisions
Operationally minded and ability to design at a system level
Strong execution and ability to drive to outcomes in the face of ambiguity
Strong leadership skills - ability to coordinate with various roles across GTM and R&D that contribute toward product line adoption
