As a Full Stack Engineer on the Lending team, you will lead complex projects to enhance lending products while collaborating with various stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of high-impact, technically complex projects that power our lending platform at scale

Provide technical leadership and clear, impactful communication to cross-functional stakeholders

Drive hyper-optimization of lending systems to meet the needs of a large and growing addressable market

Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations partners to build seamless, trustworthy lending experiences

Mentor engineers across the team, fostering best practices in architecture, code quality, and scalability

Required

Exceptional technical leadership and communication skills with a track record of influencing architecture and product direction
