They are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process and ensure alignment with business leaders and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

Utilize a variety of platforms, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract and engage qualified candidates

Conduct intake meetings with business leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and business goals, ensuring alignment between recruitment strategies and organizational objectives

Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for the organization

Partner effectively with hiring managers and teams to promote an understanding of the recruitment process and provide updates on candidate pipelines

Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates, continually seeking out new methods to enhance the recruitment process

Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process and providing timely feedback

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, identify trends, and report on progress to HR leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes

Proficiency in using Workday ATS platforms and recruitment technologies

Experience utilizing LinkedIn for sourcing

A proactive individual with initiative, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks effectively

Demonstrated enthusiasm for recruitment and a drive for innovation to attract top talent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders

Preferred

Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality and/or luxury travel industry
