Develop statistical and machine learning methods for the analysis and interpretation of complex omics datasets
Contribute to projects in omics data science, including novel algorithms to analyze spatial omics data, machine learning to dissect epigenomic code, benchmarking tools to interpret clonal hematopoiesis, and integrative omics to model virus oncogenesis

Required

A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field
Experienced in omics data analysis
Background in statistics and/or machine learning
Passionate about biomedical data science
Proficient programming and scientific writing
