Responsibilities
Build & Design: Contribute to the design and implementation of full-stack applications using C#/.NET and React/TypeScript
Lead & Guide: Contribute to technical decisions, manage technical debt, and evolve architecture to meet future needs
Solve Problems: Research and resolve complex technical challenges independently and collaboratively
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product management and operations to understand needs and deliver thoughtful solutions
Secure & Scalable APIs: Develop REST APIs with secure authentication and authorization (OpenID Connect, OAuth)
Ensure Quality: Apply best practices in testing and code reviews to maintain high standards
Optimize Performance: Analyze and tune applications for speed and efficiency
Champion Security: Use code scanning tools and update software to address vulnerabilities
Grow & Innovate: Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve our tech stack
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of hands-on full-stack development with C#/.NET and React/TS
Proficiency in C#/.NET and ASP.NET for backend services
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React for frontend development
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization
Experience with RESTful APIs
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and ORMs like Entity Framework
Comfortable working in both Windows and Linux environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with members of other teams, including product management and operations
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
