Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional peers to design application coding strategies and deliver ServiceNow solutions tailored to mission requirements

Analyze and study complex system requirements to optimize application performance and efficiency

Design software tools, support software reuse and domain analysis, and manage implementation to ensure sustainable development practices

Review and refine existing programs to improve performance, reduce operating time, and enhance techniques

Identify, design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and services to integrate seamlessly with other systems

Maintain the ServiceNow Platform Roadmap

Establish and enforce ServiceNow platform governance, standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and security

Document platform configurations, analyze the impact of new requirements, and ensure proper controls for accurate technical solutions

Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and evolving business needs

Oversee development and ongoing maintenance of an unclassified TO portal accessible worldwide by Government-approved contractor personnel and Government staff via secure user authentication
