They are seeking a Senior VMware Consultant to deliver VMware Cloud Foundation solutions to enterprise customers while acting as a trusted advisor and technical lead in client environments.

Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and operational support of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) core components: vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and SDDC Manager
Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess needs, design solutions, and deliver outcomes aligned with business goals
Provide expert-level troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation
Operate under the client’s brand and processes, delivering seamless, white-labeled consulting services
Maintain strong communication and relationships with client teams
Qualification
Required
Active or recent VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification in one or more of the following: VCP VCF Admin, VCP DCV, VCP VMC, VCP CMA, VCP CO, VCP NV
Proven experience implementing and operating VCF environments
Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Advanced VMware certifications (e.g., VCAP Design/Deploy, VCP VCF Architect)
Experience with: VCF Automation & Operations, Advanced Network Services (vDefend), AVI Load Balancing, Private AI Foundation, Live Recovery, Network Observability, Tanzu Technologies
Agile methodology experience or certification
Additional industry certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.)
