Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open roles
Support campaigns to attract talent, including employee referral programs and employer branding initiatives
Contribute to projects such as SOP creation, interviewer training, and talent pool development
Gain experience using platforms such as Monday.com and Darwinbox through pilot projects
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and candidate communications
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in recruitment and HR processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR or project management tools a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
