Responsibilities
Manage and develop a regional territory for outside sales
Provide clients with on-demand access to payroll and HR data
Streamline payroll and HR processes using the company's software solutions
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Qualification
Required
Experience in outside sales, preferably in SaaS or HR and Payroll services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Willingness to undergo extensive training and development
Ability to adapt to new technology and software solutions
Preferred
Experience in HR management or payroll processing
Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions
Previous experience in a client-driven sales environment
Knowledge of the HR and Payroll industry
