Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and travel options
Manage reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
Provide ongoing support and solutions for clients before, during, and after travel
Stay informed on travel policies, promotions, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Passion for travel and helping others create meaningful experiences
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Previous customer service, sales, or travel experience is a plus (not required)
