Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Developing detailed project plans with field leaders, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all project activities align with established goals and timelines

Documentation: Maintaining accurate project records, Including daily logs, daily work plans, Progress reports (QTYS) from Field team and As-Built drawings

Time entry into Sage: team member can support with accurate time entry of hours and QTY’s per task/activity/ Building/Phase ETC

Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle

Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards through regular inspections and testing. FE will work closely with our Onsite QA/QC Manager to support with deliverables/ documentation

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders

Scope Review: Understanding of our WGC scope of work and responsible subcontractors SOW

Weekly 360-degree Pictures

Logging our Field Daily Reports into Procore at the end of each shift

Cross Training With our PE team

Assisting with PMPO Material delivery check-in Process

Development of weekly Progress report Percent Completes

Knowledge of WBS (workbook breakdown structure)

Qualification

Electrical systems knowledgeNEC/Code ComplianceProject CoordinationRisk ManagementCommunication skills

Required

2-3 years documented work in commercial or industrial electrical

Knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and construction practices

Ability to identify issues quickly and develop practical solutions

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders

NEC /Code Compliance knowledge is a requirement
